Precio habitual $126.50 Oferta

HYW E308LT-1 (308L) Stainless Steel Flux-Cored Welding Wire is a premium all-position, gas-shielded stainless steel flux-cored wire engineered for clean, crack-resistant welds on 304 / 304L (SUS 308 / 308L) stainless. Optimum ferrite content and a smooth, low-spatter arc deliver excellent bead appearance with minimal cleanup. Select your diameter and spool size from the options above.

Key Features

  • Available in .035", .045", and 1/16" on 10 lb and 25 lb plastic spools
  • All-position FCAW-G design — out-of-position welds with a stable arc
  • Optimum ferrite (FN) content in the austenitic structure for high crack resistance
  • Smooth spray-like arc, low spatter, and easy slag removal
  • Excellent bead appearance with minimal post-weld cleanup
  • Matches and outperforms solid wire on weldability and fume control

Ideal Applications

  • Welding 18Cr–8Ni stainless steels (SUS 308 / 308L)
  • Low-carbon 304 / 304L stainless fabrication
  • Tanks, vessels, and food / chemical / dairy equipment
  • General stainless structural and sheet fabrication

Mechanical Properties

Typical as-welded all-weld-metal properties; values meet or exceed AWS A5.22 minimums.

Tensile Strength 80,000 psi (550 MPa) min — typ. 85,000 psi (585 MPa)
Yield Strength (0.2% offset) typ. 60,000 psi (415 MPa)
Elongation (2 in / 50 mm) 35% min — typ. 38%
Ferrite Number (FN) 4 – 10 typical

Available Sizes & Recommended Amperage

Diameter Recommended Amperage
.035" (0.9 mm) 125 – 250 A
.045" (1.2 mm) 100 – 250 A
1/16" (1.6 mm) 200 – 350 A

Recommended amperage ranges are general guidelines; optimal settings vary with base-metal thickness, joint design, shielding, and welding position. Keep wire in a dry location and use promptly after opening — flux-cored wire is moisture-sensitive and should not be stored long in high humidity.

⚠ WARNING: This product and the fumes and gases produced when welding it can expose you to chemicals including nickel and hexavalent chromium compounds, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, and manganese, which is known to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.
