HYW Products ERNiFe-CI Nickel 55 Cast Iron MIG Welding Wire is a nickel-iron alloy welding wire designed for MIG welding and repair of cast iron and cast iron-to-steel joints. With approximately 56% nickel, this wire provides a strong combination of machinability, compatibility, and weld performance for cast iron repair applications. Available in .035" (0.9 mm) and .045" (1.2 mm) diameters with 2 lb and 10 lb spools.
Manufactured to AWS A5.15 / ASME SFA-5.15 requirements and supplied with EN 10204-3.1 certification, ERNiFe-CI is well suited for repairing cast iron components where controlled heat input and a compatible nickel-iron filler metal are important.
