This Series 40 medium heavy-duty swivel caster is designed for smooth maneuverability and reliable performance in demanding industrial and commercial applications. It features a 4-inch Infiniti TPE (polyurethane on plastic) wheel with a 2-inch tread width, providing quiet operation, excellent floor protection, and reduced rolling resistance across a variety of surfaces.
Built with a stainless steel yoke and cold-forged top plate, this caster offers strong corrosion resistance, making it ideal for environments such as food service, washdown areas, and material handling operations. The precision-engineered double-row ball bearing swivel raceway allows for effortless 360° rotation, while hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting ensure long-term durability and easy maintenance.
With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 400 lbs. The swivel design provides maximum maneuverability, making it well-suited for platform trucks, stock carts, and mobile workstations where frequent directional changes are required.
