This Series 40 medium heavy-duty swivel caster is engineered for high-load capacity, smooth maneuverability, and long-lasting durability in industrial and commercial applications. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch polyurethane wheel bonded to a cast iron core, combining the strength of cast iron with the cushioning and floor protection of polyurethane. This design delivers smooth rolling performance, reduced noise, and excellent resistance to wear under continuous use.

Built with a cold-forged top plate and precision components, this caster includes a double-row ball bearing swivel raceway for effortless 360° rotation and improved handling in tight spaces. Hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting allow for routine lubrication, helping extend service life and maintain consistent performance in demanding environments.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 700 lbs. The swivel design makes it ideal for applications requiring frequent directional changes, such as platform trucks, stock carts, and general material handling equipment.

The top plate measures 3-15/16" x 4-1/2" with bolt hole spacing of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3", and accommodates 3/8" mounting hardware.
