This Series 40 medium heavy-duty rigid caster is designed for dependable straight-line movement in industrial and commercial applications requiring strength, durability, and floor protection. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch polyurethane wheel on a plastic core, offering a balance of load capacity, smooth rolling performance, and resistance to wear. The non-marking polyurethane tread helps protect floors while reducing noise during operation.

Built with a stainless steel yoke and cold-forged top plate, this caster provides excellent corrosion resistance, making it well-suited for food service, washdown areas, and other moisture-prone environments. The construction includes hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting for routine lubrication and long service life.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 660 lbs. The rigid design ensures consistent tracking and stability, making it ideal for platform trucks, stock carts, and equipment that requires controlled, straight movement.
