This Series 40 medium heavy-duty rigid caster is designed for dependable straight-line movement and long-lasting performance in industrial and commercial applications. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch rubber wheel bonded to a cast iron core, combining shock absorption and floor protection with added strength and durability. The rubber tread helps reduce noise and vibration, making it suitable for use on a variety of floor surfaces.

Built with a cold-forged top plate and heavy-duty construction, this caster is engineered for consistent performance under load. The rigid design ensures stable tracking, making it ideal for applications where controlled, straight movement is required. Hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting allow for routine maintenance and extended service life.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 350 lbs. It is well-suited for platform trucks, stock carts, and general material handling equipment where both durability and floor protection are important.
