E70C-6M Metal-Cored Gas-Shielded Welding Wire is a composite metal-cored electrode that combines the high deposition efficiency of a flux-cored wire with the clean, virtually slag-free finish of solid MIG wire. Run with 75/25 Ar/CO² shielding, it produces a wide, stable spray arc with very little spatter — ideal for automated and high-volume welding of mild and low-alloy steel.
Key Features
Metal-cored construction — high deposition efficiency, virtually no slag
Smooth spray transfer with minimal spatter and fume
Excellent sidewall fusion and gap bridging
Ideal for robotic and mechanized welding
Single- and multi-pass capable
Ideal Applications
High-production fabrication of mild and low-alloy steel
Robotic / automated welding cells
Heavy equipment, structural, and general manufacturing
High-travel-speed single-pass fillet welds
