Our PVC Coated Stainless Steel Wire Rope pairs a Type 304 stainless steel cable core with a tough vinyl (PVC) jacket in your choice of Clear or Black. The stainless core resists rust and staining on its own, and the coating adds abrasion protection while keeping surfaces free of scratches and marring. Sizes are listed as bare-cable diameter to coated outside diameter (for example, 1/8" – 3/16" means a 1/8" cable coated to a 3/16" OD). Available in rigid 7x7 and flexible 7x19 constructions, in coils and reels from 25 ft to 2000 ft.

Breaking-strength figures are nominal minimum values for the bare Type 304 stainless core (the PVC jacket does not add rated strength) and are provided for reference only — always apply an appropriate design safety factor (commonly 5:1, or higher for overhead/life-safety use).
