This Series 40 medium heavy-duty swivel caster is designed for high-capacity industrial use where strength, stability, and long-term durability are required. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch phenolic wheel that delivers exceptional load-bearing performance, impact resistance, and dependable operation on smooth industrial surfaces. The rigid, hard-wheel construction makes it ideal for heavy loads and high-temperature or debris-prone environments.

Built with a stainless steel yoke and cold-forged top plate, this caster offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for food service, washdown areas, and demanding material handling applications. The double-row ball bearing swivel raceway provides smooth and controlled rotation, while hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting support easy maintenance and extended service life.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports an impressive load capacity of up to 900 lbs. The swivel design ensures excellent maneuverability for heavy equipment, making it well-suited for platform trucks, stock carts, and industrial transport systems.
