This Series 40 medium heavy-duty rigid caster is designed for applications requiring stable, straight-line movement and reliable load support up to 900 lbs. It features a 4-inch phenolic wheel with a 2-inch tread width, offering strong resistance to impact, chemicals, and moisture, making it suitable for demanding environments.

The stainless steel construction includes a cold-forged top plate and yoke, providing added durability and corrosion resistance. Built with hardened raceways and a double-row ball bearing swivel raceway, this caster is designed for consistent performance, while the integrated zerk fitting allows for routine lubrication and maintenance.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this unit delivers solid structural support. The rigid design ensures controlled, straight tracking, making it ideal for medium heavy platform trucks, food service equipment, and stock carts.
