This Series 40 medium heavy-duty rigid caster is designed for high-load capacity and dependable straight-line movement in industrial and commercial applications. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch polyurethane wheel bonded to a cast iron core, combining the strength of cast iron with the cushioning and floor protection of polyurethane. This construction provides excellent wear resistance, reduced noise, and smooth rolling performance on a variety of surfaces.

Built with a cold-forged top plate and heavy-duty components, this caster is engineered for durability and long service life. The rigid design ensures stable tracking, making it ideal for applications where consistent, straight movement is required. Hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting allow for routine lubrication, helping extend service life and maintain reliable performance.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 700 lbs. It is well-suited for platform trucks, stock carts, and other material handling equipment requiring strength and floor protection.

The top plate measures 3-15/16" x 4-1/2" with bolt hole spacing of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3", and accommodates 3/8" mounting hardware.
