This Series 40 medium heavy-duty swivel caster with Top Lock Brake is designed for high-load performance, smooth mobility, and secure positioning in industrial and commercial environments. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch polyurethane wheel bonded to a cast iron core, combining strength, durability, and floor protection with reduced noise and smooth rolling performance.

Built with a cold-forged top plate and precision-engineered components, this caster includes a double-row ball bearing swivel raceway for smooth 360° rotation and easy maneuverability. Hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting allow for routine lubrication, ensuring long service life and consistent performance under demanding conditions.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 700 lbs. The integrated Top Lock Brake (TB) provides secure locking for added safety and stability when equipment must remain stationary.

The top plate measures 3-15/16" x 4-1/2" with bolt hole spacing of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3", and accommodates 3/8" mounting hardware.
