This Series 40 medium heavy-duty rigid caster is designed for high-load capacity and dependable straight-line movement in industrial and commercial applications. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch phenolic wheel, known for its exceptional strength, durability, and resistance to impact, moisture, and chemicals. The hard wheel construction provides low rolling resistance, making it ideal for transporting heavy loads on smooth surfaces.

Built with a cold-forged top plate and heavy-duty construction, this caster is engineered for long-lasting performance in demanding environments. The design includes hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting for routine lubrication, helping extend service life and maintain consistent operation.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 900 lbs. The rigid design ensures stable, straight tracking, making it well-suited for platform trucks, stock carts, and other equipment requiring controlled directional movement.
