This Series 40 medium heavy-duty swivel caster is built for high-capacity performance and smooth maneuverability in demanding industrial and commercial applications. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch phenolic wheel, designed for superior strength, impact resistance, and low rolling resistance on smooth surfaces. The hard phenolic construction performs well under heavy loads and in environments where durability is essential.

Constructed with a cold-forged top plate and precision components, this caster includes a double-row ball bearing swivel raceway for smooth 360° rotation and easy directional control. Hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting allow for routine lubrication, helping extend service life and maintain consistent performance over time.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 900 lbs. The swivel design makes it ideal for applications requiring frequent movement and maneuverability, such as platform trucks, stock carts, and material handling equipment.

The top plate measures 3-15/16" x 4-1/2" with bolt hole spacing of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3", and accommodates 3/8" mounting hardware.
