This Series 40 medium heavy-duty swivel caster is engineered for high-load performance, durability, and controlled maneuverability in demanding industrial and commercial environments. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch phenolic wheel, offering exceptional strength, impact resistance, and low rolling resistance on smooth surfaces. The phenolic construction is ideal for heavy-duty applications where reliability and load stability are critical.

Built with a cold-forged top plate and heavy-duty stainless-compatible construction, this caster is designed for long service life in tough working conditions. The double-row ball bearing swivel raceway provides smooth 360° rotation for easy directional control, while hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting allow for routine maintenance and extended operational life.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 900 lbs. It includes a Top Lock Brake (TB) system for secure locking and controlled stopping, making it ideal for applications requiring both mobility and stability such as platform trucks, stock carts, and material handling equipment.

The top plate measures 3-15/16" x 4-1/2" with bolt hole spacing of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3", and accommodates 3/8" mounting hardware.
