This Series 40 medium heavy-duty swivel caster is designed for smooth maneuverability, durability, and reliable performance in industrial and commercial applications. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch polyurethane wheel on a plastic core, providing a strong balance of load capacity, floor protection, and quiet operation. The non-marking tread reduces noise and helps protect finished surfaces during use.
Built with a cold-forged top plate and precision-engineered components, this caster includes a double-row ball bearing swivel raceway for smooth 360° rotation and easy directional control. Hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting support routine lubrication, helping extend service life and maintain consistent performance under continuous use.
With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 660 lbs. The swivel design makes it ideal for applications requiring frequent movement and tight maneuverability, such as platform trucks, stock carts, and material handling equipment.
The top plate measures 3-15/16" x 4-1/2" with bolt hole spacing of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3", and accommodates 3/8" mounting hardware.
