This Series 40 medium heavy-duty swivel caster is designed for high-load performance and smooth maneuverability in industrial and commercial environments. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch polyurethane wheel bonded to a cast iron core, combining the strength of cast iron with the cushioning and floor protection of polyurethane. This construction provides excellent durability, reduced noise, and smooth rolling across a variety of surfaces.

Built with a cold-forged top plate and precision components, this caster includes a double-row ball bearing swivel raceway for effortless 360° rotation and improved directional control. Hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting allow for easy maintenance and extended service life under continuous use.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 700 lbs. The swivel design makes it ideal for applications requiring frequent movement and maneuverability, such as platform trucks, stock carts, and material handling equipment.

The top plate measures 3-15/16" x 4-1/2" with bolt hole spacing of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3", and accommodates 3/8" mounting hardware.
