This Series 40 medium heavy-duty swivel caster with Top Lock Brake is designed for reliable mobility and controlled positioning in industrial and commercial environments. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch rubber wheel bonded to a cast iron core, providing a strong combination of durability, shock absorption, and floor protection. The rubber tread helps reduce noise and vibration while maintaining smooth rolling performance across a variety of surfaces.

Built with a cold-forged top plate and precision components, this caster includes a double-row ball bearing swivel raceway for smooth 360° rotation and easy maneuverability. Hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting support routine lubrication, helping extend service life and maintain consistent operation under load.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 350 lbs. The integrated Top Lock Brake (TB) allows for secure locking of the wheel, providing added safety and stability when equipment needs to remain stationary.

The top plate measures 3-15/16" x 4-1/2" with bolt hole spacing of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3", and accommodates 3/8" mounting hardware.
