This Series 40 medium heavy-duty rigid caster is designed for high-load capacity and reliable straight-line movement in demanding industrial and commercial applications. It features a 4-inch x 2-inch polyurethane wheel bonded to a cast iron core, combining the strength of cast iron with the floor protection and smooth rolling performance of polyurethane. This construction provides excellent wear resistance, reduced noise, and protection for finished surfaces.

Built with a cold-forged top plate and heavy-duty components, this caster is engineered for durability and long service life. The rigid design ensures stable tracking, making it ideal for applications where consistent, straight movement is required. Hardened raceways and a built-in Zerk fitting allow for routine lubrication and extended performance under continuous use.

With an overall height of 5-5/8", a 1/2" axle, and a 5/8" kingpin, this caster supports loads up to 700 lbs. It is well-suited for platform trucks, stock carts, and material handling equipment where both strength and floor protection are important.

The top plate measures 3-15/16" x 4-1/2" with bolt hole spacing of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3", and accommodates 3/8" mounting hardware.
